Shipping is not fixed and varies depending on size and weight of box as well as destinations.
Although foam products are very light, some are very bulky. Due to the bulkiness of this product, we must adjust the shipping weight of to accommodate for oversize fees. We sincerely apologize for the high shipping costs
Yes, if you would like to use your own account, simply select in store pickup and get in contact with us to arrange shipping
We can! If you are ordering a large amount of items, you can contact us for a quote.
In-stock orders usually take same 1 - 2 business days to fill. Larger sized orders may take longer. If items are out of stock, it can take from 1-5 business days to restock items. Once restocked, your order will ship immediately. If we cannot restock out of stock items from your order we may contact you to determine which course of action you would like to pursue (exchange for another item, ship without, cancel order).
Once your order has been shipped, time in transit can range from 1-6 business days depending on your location and/or shipping method you choose. Locations closer to our warehouse (Commerce, CA) will receive orders sooner than those further away.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to track our package. If you do not receive a tracking number, you may contact us for one. Before doing so, please check your junk/bulk mail folders first. You can also alternatively log in to your account to access your tracking information.
If you require a package for an exact date, please contact our customer service team to make sure you have selected the adequate shipping method.
